# Rebase

To reduce voting power dilution for veCELL holders, an allocation of the weekly CELL emissions will be distributed proportionally to veCELL holders.

The weekly rebase amount is calculated with the following formula:

Rebase = Weekly emission \* (Total veCELL voting power / Total $CELL supply) ^ 3
